You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the delivery of our services. You are responsible for the content on your website and any materials provided to us. Failure to provide essential information may impact the effectiveness of our services.

3. Fees and Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the specific agreement between Nexspeed and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, and client data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the provision of services shall remain the property of Nexspeed unless otherwise specified in writing. The client may use the deliverables for the intended purpose but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our explicit consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexspeed shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific agreement.

9. Modifications

Nexspeed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Refund policy

If the Financial compensation agreement made between both parties was not achieved by Nexspeed, the client has the right to another 30 days where they only have to pay for advertising costs. No service fees, No C.R.M costs, only advertising.
